Note: CWYW is not compatible with Pages for Mac or Google Docs.Some styles do not come with the Endnote installation Go to EndNote tab in Word, and click Preferences in the Tools menu.If CWYW defaults to EndNote X4 or X7, instead of EndNote, do this : To verify installation, open Word and look for the EndNote toolbar.Click the Run button (or Open, depending on your browser) when prompted in the 'Download Complete' window.Select the Download Windows with IE plug-in link.You can also select its toolbar under ‘View’. EndNote should then be the top choice under the Tools menu.Follow the instructions to complete the installation.Select the Applications folder, then the EndNote CWYW folder, and finally the ECWYW_installer file.Drag the EndNote CWYW folder to the Applications folder on your hard drive.Select the Download Macintosh link to download the Cite While You Write installation disk image.Click the Download Installers link at the bottom of any page.On public computers, the CWYW feature is already installed as a Word tool on both PCs and Macs. Endnote will work seamlessly with Microsoft Word if you install the 'Cite While You Write (CWYW)' feature.
